Ayal is a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate industry, with extensive experience in brokerage, investment, development, and construction. As Principal at Stateland Brown, he oversaw property transactions exceeding $1 billion and managed over 1 million sq. ft. of office space across the eastern United States. Ayal co-founded Eretzor Investments, specializing in acquiring and stabilizing non-performing properties, successfully completing over 100 deals with substantial investor returns.

As a licensed General Contractor and Principal at Eretzor Construction, Ayal directed the construction of over 500,000 sq. ft. of tenant improvements and ground-up projects, known for delivering excellence and efficiency. Previously, he held leadership roles at Global Pathology Consultants and Agus & Ashkenazy Ventures, driving strategic growth and operational success.

Ayal combines deep expertise with a visionary approach. A Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor, he currently leads VADA Properties and Eretzor Properties. Outside of work, Ayal is an avid scuba diver who enjoys exploring the underwater world to relax and recharge.

Thomas is the qualifying Broker for AlphaTech Real Estate Group, specializing in student housing and inpatient healthcare real estate. With over 20 years of experience, Thomas has developed deep expertise in operations, brokerage, and development, tackling the unique challenges of zoning, public perception, and market trends in these specialized sectors. His comprehensive understanding of real estate stems from hands-on experience in all phases of development, benefiting from mentorship within his family’s Illinois-based real estate businesses.

Thomas earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2012, highlighting his dedication and expertise in commercial real estate. He has received numerous accolades, including the Forty Leaders Under 40 Award and CoStar Power Broker Award, and has been recognized for his mentorship and performance. In addition to his professional success, Thomas is an active community leader, serving on the Board of Directors for CASA of Peoria County and supporting organizations like the Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club.

A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Real Estate, Thomas is licensed in both Florida and Illinois. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, Catalina, as well as friends and family.
